Reflective X-ray Optics LLC (RXO) is engaged in research and development of nanometer-scale X-ray multilayer thin-film coatings for a variety of applications in science and industry. Our on-going, federally-funded research projects are aimed at the development of new multilayer coatings operating in the EUV, soft X-ray and hard X-ray bands. We also provide high-performance multilayer coatings for NASA flight programs in astronomy and solar physics. RXO's premises are located in the vibrant and rapidly evolving Manhattanville neighborhood of West Harlem, mid-way between Columbia University and City College. Our 6,000 sq. ft. space includes offices and state-of-the-art laboratory facilities for multilayer fabrication and testing.
